Refund Policy

Items that cannot be returned:

Personalized / Customized gifts are not returnable nor refundable.

100% Refund/Replacement:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch, or parts missing, etc. we are providing 48 hours' time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue a replacement or refund for the product.  Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. 

Guarantee/Warranty:

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of a minimum of 7 Days, Customer needs to raise a return request within 48 Hours period of time after delivery if any manufacturing defects found. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost within this duration. we will replace your product or refund your full amount.  If the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way then it will not cover under warranty.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return or refund the product. Our team will analyze the defective product and make a decision about replacement and refund. if our team will find product defect due to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way by the customer then there no replacement, and a refund will be provided to the customer. this final decision will be taken by our team.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


The process to raise Return Request:


Step 1: Go to www.flygift.in

Step 2: Log in to Flygift Account

Step 3: Go to Account

Step 4: Click on "View Your Order History".

Step 5: Open order.

Step 6: Click on Return Button for that product which you want to apply for return / Replacement.

Step 7: Fill in all the necessary information and click on continue.
